OBLIGITORY STICKY PUBLIC POST
So this is where I'm supposed to say that you just need to comment and I'll totally add you!
Except that... I won't. I used to have an open friending policy, but I also have a lot less free time on my hands than I did back then. So, while I could manage reading 200 friend posts when I got home from school every day in past years, I no longer can!
I will add you if:
1. You interest me.
I know that sounds horribly pretentious, but there it is. I don't want to have to scroll past posts every day that I don't care about. Sorry. It's not as though you have to be terribly interesting to entertain me, either. I like science-minded people. I like artists. I like people who care about things that matter. I like people who think. I'm not too into reading about people's personal soap operas, but it's not like I'm going to ask you not to post about your life. I mean, it's your blog.
2. You don't post multiple (3+) times a day.
I just don't have the free time to handle that, sorry.
I'm not going to defriend you due to lack of comments. I'm not that picky.
Always feel free to add me, though! Every once in a while I'll make a public post, and usually the locked ones aren't terribly interesting anyway, so you're not missing out on much.
If you want me to add you back, please just tell me a little about what you usually post about or why you think you want to read my posts.
